Have you ever had a dream about whales? I swear every time some sort of whale shows up in my dream I get this feeling that it’s trying to tell me something.
Like a sort of secret, whale wisdom it’s trying to relay. I remember when I was in one of the most stressful situations of my life, whales would constantly be showing up in my dreams, and whenever they would, I would get the sense of “don’t worry, everything’s going to be ok” almost as if they were guiding me telepathically :O!
As for my dream last night, at first I thought they showed up because I’ve been glued to my Wave Race 64 the whole weekend. Does anyone remember that game?
But the presence of these whales had a significant quality to it. Like they were trying to tell me something important with their energy.
So what does it mean when you see a whale in your dreams? This is what I’ve gathered:
Dreaming of whales could be a call to take charge of your life
Dreaming of whales can be a sign to step up and start taking action in your life. If you’ve been thinking about making a change, now is the time to do it!
The whale is saying “you’re good, keep going, be brave!”. It’s a sign you’re on the right track, so don’t give up now. Keep up the energy you’ve been cultivating!
It could also be a push to listen to your guides
Dreaming of whales is like the equivalent of seeing 11:11. They’re telling you to listen to your inner guidance, trust yourself and go with the motion of the ocean baby 😉
Also, it’s whatever you feel it is
Edgar Cayce had this theory that whatever you “think” your dream means, is right. Think about what you’ve been doing lately and what the whale in your dream might symbolize based on your current life happenings.
The whales in my dream last night were excited, swimming freely and had a friendly energy to them which I took as a “good job, you’re doing great, now keep going!”. Whereas a beached whale might mean that you have lost your connection with your guides and should do things to re-establish that relationship.
